One of the goals of FusionInvoice has always been to provide an outstanding product and value to our customers, many of which are small businesses and freelancers. Raising prices isn’t something we take lightly, but we want you to know what’s prompted the increase and what you’ll appreciate as a result.
FusionInvoice isn’t a one-person operation anymore. We do our best at Square Pig to run lean, but as with any growth, there are additional operating costs that are unavoidable. Sorry, you won’t see A-list celebrity endorsements any time soon, but what you will notice can be summed up in one word, responsiveness.
Many of you may have noticed already, but we’ve stepped up our game in terms of support. That translates into less time waiting when you need answers or help. Jesse may chime in from time to time on support request, but for the most part he is focussed on developing new features and improving the product. This means getting updates and new functionality to you faster.
So despite the price increase, we sincerely hope that you’ll find an overall better value.
